Two 9-inch round cake pans baking time 45 mis oven 350 degrees
4 1/2cups p/fllour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1tablespoon plus 1teaspoonbaking powder
7 egg whites
2 cups whoemilk
9 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into 1/2pieces
2 1/2 cups granulated suger
1 1/2teaspoons pure vanilla extract
In a largebowl sift salt and baking powder into flour with aballoon whisk
in a bowl break up the egg whites add milk mix together with fork
cream butter add suger beat until light and fluffy add vanilla
alternately add the flour and egg whites to the butter mixture beginning and ending with the flour
pour into pans [only flour your tins] bake for 45 minutes
sorry use self-raising flour not plain excellent white cake
