Has anyone got a good dairy free vanilla sponge recipe good for carving but still moist

When you say dairy free do you mean with out eggs as well as butter? If you’re using eggs then you can use margarine which is not dairy. There’s a site called iVillage.co.uk which has dairy free recipes, but not quite sure whether they use eggs. Also if you put ‘egg free’ or ‘eggless’ in the search box, I’ve posted a site which does egg free cake mixes for people with allergies. Might be worth having a look at some of the vegan recipes too as they are dairy free. Cheers.
