Hi folks,

I have been trying to purchase a polystyrene cone for the Angel cake. I tried dummies direct as Paul suggested but don’t seem to be able to buy from their website. I have tried ebay and google but can’t get one in the correct size (Paul suggests 9″/6″). Does anyone know where I can get one this size please.

Hi Lynda,
I’ve seen polystyrene cones last week about 9*/5* in a shop where you can get craft items. But I live in Germany, so I don’t know if you can find it anywhere else. When I saw this polystyrene cone, I immediately thought of the angel cake 🙂

Surbiton sugar craft has cones. I visited the store last week and saw them there. You’ll find them in google.
They don’t keep all their stock online, so would be worth giving them a phone call.

I bought mine from dummies direct. Couldn’t see them on the online shop but just emailed him and told him what I wanted. They were very helpful.
