I wonder if anyone can help me !!
I am finding it very difficult to work out prices for my sugar flowers.
Do any of you fellow cake makers have the solution to my problem.

The price would depend on how intricate each flower is and also on your own abilities. If a customer wants realistic flowers which are individually cut, veined, dusted and wired, it would take a lot of your time. It might be worth looking online to see how much other people charge. You’d have to decide also whether you want to charge by the hour for flowers or whether you want to make it as a total price of the cake. Another thought, ask florists how much they charge for single flowers, it would give you a start point. Keep in mind that you are making yours, so you’d have to cost in the ingredients as well as your time. Thanks madeitwithlove, I do know I can’t charge for the time it takes me to make my flowers as it can be very time consuming. I will have a look on the pro membership site.
