Hi, am fairly new to baking and decorating, please can anyone tell me why the baking cases peel away from my cupcakes when they come out of the oven ?

I bought cases from

and they didn’t peel. The cupcake recipe on this site works too!

I was told once that the reason for this was the cupcakes were left in the tins to long after cooking. hope this helps

Sorry to report I made some cupcakes today and they did peel with my recommended cases!
