Hello, Can anyone tell me if the 150 degrees baking temp should be reduced to 130 for a fan assisted oven?

I normally turn mine down by 10 degrees, not had any problems yet

Depends on your oven. There should be a oven manufacturer’s recommendation in your hand book. I turn mine down by 20 degrees because it’s quite fierce, try 10 first and if you find it’s too hot lower it next time.

if you’re doing Mrs Jones’s cupcakes she uses a fan oven set at 150. I baked them the other day and they were perfect.
