too much chocolate mix left over
What can you do with left over chocolate mix ,I made far too much up when I was using the ready reckoner.

Do you mean you have leftover chocolate ganache? If so, it will last a few weeks in the fridge, it also freezes successfully.
If you mean cake mix, in my experience the raw mix doesn’t freeze well. If I have left over mix, I normally make some cupcakes, or make a small cake that I can freeze and have on hand for cake tastings.
