We have another great special guest tutor here at the school, introducing Marcia Brown the famous designer sugar shoe artist from Designerart Cakes
Marcia has spent around 5 years decorating cakes and originally started out baking fruit cakes for people. After several requests for decorated cakes Marcia took to the internet in search for decorating courses and was quickly hooked after finding inspiration from some YouTube videos.
Marcia’s unique selling point is creating classy handbags and shoes using her fantastic sugarcraft skills, with some cakes selling for between £750 – £1000!
