Cake International 2016
Let’s start where it all began – the set up. Watch a quick wee clip of David and Paul setting up the stand on Thursday morning…
Next up – setting up the table for our Pro members’ Christmas display. We were joined by over 50 of our students, who had created festive designs based on an online tutorial or from Paul’s Christmas book. Note – Paul still in his high vis vest, even though no one else was wearing one, he got quite attached…
And then our Facebook followers witnessed the arrival of three well-known cakers – Michelle Pattinson (or Mish, to the PBSS family!), Tracey Rothwell and Emma Ball. It was all hands on deck to get set up!

We watched from the sidelines as Team UK and Team Rest of the World battled it out in the Saturday afternoon bake off. This pretty funny video cuts out at the end, but we can reveal the UK team clinched it.
It’s party time at the Cake Masters Awards on Saturday night! And the champagne’s flowing…
