This week we have something a little different for you. Paul teaches Paul how to make a dinosaur cake! Confused? That’s okay, we have two Paul’s here! Paul Doffman is our behind the scenes techy guy. He does a lot of the website stuff as well as the photography and recently the video too. With his son’s second birthday coming up we thought it would be a great idea to have him jump in with Paul and learn how to make a cake! You can read about Paul D’s experience in this one to one lesson over at our blog.
You can also see the moment when wee Jack gets to see his cake! VIDEO HERE
The Dinosaur cake is a great cake to make for any boy’s birthday party. Tip! making the cake a little bit scary can sometimes not be to mums taste but the kids normally love it! Here Paul D wanted something with big teeth that he knew his son Jack would like. This is a really fun cake to make where you can get a little carried away with the detail and adapt as you go. It’s a fantastic centrepiece for a birthday spread but cutting into it can be slightly painful! Oh well, you will still have the pictures
