Can I please have the measurements required to make the 1kg’s of Ganache needed for the teddy bear cake. I know you have previously given the ratio but I don’t know how much is needed for this quantity. Thank you, Jade

hi its 2lb of chocolate to 1 pint of cream. You could split it down the middle and have two batches and if you only use one you could freeze the other, keeps in the fridge for quite a while too. If you’re anything like me it won’t stay in the fridge for long as once you’ve done the teddy cake you’ll be itching to make something else. x
