I would like to make a 3 tier weeding cake, 1 tier chocolate, 2 vanilla with fresh raspberry and buttercream, 3 tier is a stereo foam covered with fondant. Has any of you made a vanilla cake with fresh raspberries , so that the fondant won’t get wet it stay stable if I put the 3 tier on top

It’s not a good idea to use fresh fruits in cake because they can go mouldy very quickly. You can use the raspberries if you fill the cake on the day it will be eaten. Alternatively you can use freeze dried raspberries.
I’m sure other members will reply wiht their own opinions and experiences.
