Can anyone tell me where i could find a tutorial for this? I know i maybe could base it on the labrador tutorial but would need help to make the black and white icing look like fur! Thanks

All the dog tutorials have techniques which offer some guidance on fur making.
For the shape I would suggest downloading Collie templates and pictures from google images and use the tutorials to begin your construction…. and here is your previous question which contains a link which might also help:
