Good day all! please i will like to know how to achieve the best out of the on-line training course, i am new to cake making, but very interested in achieving a career from it. I am presently working, how best can this program benefit me due to my tight schedule? also i can use this site effectively.

We launched our online courses in November 2011 and have been amazed by how much people are learning from them.

There are two key areas of development for the site 1. To offer a complete beginners guide – talking about tools, recipes, suppliers etc and 2. A Pro membership.

The Pro membership will take you through every stage in setting up your business, the rules, how to properly price your cakes, effective marketing, how to host a wedding appointment, attending wedding fayres, tax and VAT made easy and many, many more items.

Our aim within the next 4 months is to have the site as a one stop shop for viewers to be able to go from knowing nothing to running a profitable cake business.  We will have a forum to allow help from others and we will always be on hand to answer any pressing questions.

We have 12 years experience from starting as a sole trader to having a turnover of £1.4m and we are happy to share all our expertise to help our members.
