Accessing the tutorial video’s
I seem to be having problems with the tutorial video’s. They keep pausing and stopping, I have been having this problem on and off for months now. Had anyone else had a similar problem?

Getting the intro page may mean that you are not logged in to the site, in which case go out of the site and sign in first before continuing to the tutorials. Or it may be that you are trying to access a pay for tutorial when you are subscribed to the free section only. If this is the case you will need to upgrade your membership to premium. Upgrading will give you instant access to all premium membership tutorials, and all other areas of the site excluding Pro membership courses and lessons. If you’d like to upgrade your membership you’ll find all the options here: https://www.cakeflix.com/membership-options

I used to have this problem until I changed my browser to firefox, now all works perfectly but I still view in SD and not HD. Your problem may not be the same so please take a look here:

Scroll down to the title ‘Technical support’ and then click on the last heading which says ‘what do I do if I can’t get the video to play’. You’ll see a few suggestions to try and hopefully one of them will resolve your problem. If the problem persists please contact the site using the contact form here:
It would be most helpful to the customer support team if you describe in as much detail as possible the nature of your problem and if it occurs at any particular time of the day.
