Adding ganache to cream cheese frosting

Unfortunately no. Although ganache will firm it up in the short term, the moisture contained in cream cheese will soften the ganache too much for it to be stable for any length of time. It will also require refrigeration due to it’s higher risk of spoiling at room temperature and best served as close to requirement as possible.
