i have already made my ganache…is it too late to add some lemon juice to it…i forgot to add it to the cream!

You can still add it. Just warm the ganache up slightly and stir in the lemon juice until fully incorporated. 🙂

You’re welcome elaine77. I hope your ganache took the lemon juice well. If you ever you find the lemon curdles the ganache, just add to it a little warm cream which will smoothen it out.
