I’ve seen quite a few images of the American Pound Cake and I really like the look of it. All the recipes I have searched are of course in US measurements, does anyone have a UK version of a pound cake or know how to convert US to UK measurements. Thanks x

Hi Jude3011, you can find a conversion table here: www.deliaonline.com/home/conversion-tables.html. I have used this in the past to convert from American cup measurements very successfully. It includes both metric and imperial measurements, and also for liquid volumes. Good luck.x
