Please need help where to purchase the crystal bling Paul added to the decoration of the carousel cake?

Hi Annie

If you mean the little diamante jewels?? they can be bought from cake decorating stores, in the jewelery making section in hobby shops and from florist suppliers. You’ll find them in amongst wedding accessories like artificial flowers, ribbons and the pretty hair combs and tiaras. I can’t recommend anywhere in Canada, however if you google cake decorating diamantes you should be able to come up with a few suppliers in your country. Ebay and Amazon are good places to try. I expect they could also be bought haberdashery stores.
If you need any of the moulds which Paul used you see a list of supplier links under the tutorial video in the tools tab. Just a few places to look, hope it helps.

If you decide to use the diamantes it would be wise to let the recipient of the cake know so the pins can be removed before serving. A small card listing non edible decorations given to the customer is a good reminder. It avoids any accidental ingestion of foreign objects and safeguards you as well.
