Are there instructions we can print off for the online courses?
My computer has crashed twice recently and one time it was out of action for 3 days right when I was in the middle of following paul. I had to throw the cake away and start again. Would be handy to have a printable version as you cant trust technology x

There are no written instructions for tutorials and videos are not downloadable. If you look here http://www.cakeflix.com/help-and-support you can see information which may be helpful, just scroll down to the technical support section. Hope this helps.
