Instructions were to preheat oven to 150. Does this still apply to a fan oven?

Fan ovens have to be reduced between 10-20 degrees. Best to consult your oven handbook for the manufacturer’s recommendations, or of course you’ll know how hot your oven gets. I baked originally on 130 fan, second bake on 135 fan. Sometimes it’s a case of gauging for best results.
