Can anyone recommend a good toffee cake recipe without using dates or box mix?

The recipe has received good feedback from everyone who has baked it. The thread is long and worth perusing through. Mrs Jones has toffee cake tutorial on site. It does use dates but everyone is raving about it, must be good! Most toffee cake recipes use dates but perhaps try googling toffee fudge cake instead for different results. Other members may have a recipe to share. Good luck with your search. 🙂
