where can I buy the green board you use for rolling icing?

Hello Paul, where can I buy the green board you use for rolling icing and what size is it, what size is your rolling pin as well. I have a rolling pin which seems heavy.

I am enjoying learning from your online lessons

Do you make other sponge not chocolate and use buttercream.

can one use a ganache in sponge cakes

Hi

Just look on Ebay for Sugar craft non stick board, or your local cake decorating shop will order one in for you, they come in white, and other sizes too.

not sure if this is the same as Pauls but Nisbits also do boards, they are a catering company.

Hi, we filmed the Cornelli design last week, which can be viewed via the link below. Here I show covering a square cake using buttercream….

You can use raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache on sponge cakes.

Hope this helps.
