Hi
I have been asked to make a red velvet cake. The American recipe that I have pulled of the internet uses 1tsp of butter flavoring in the cake and 1 tsp of butter flavoring in the fluffy frosting.
Is this the same butter flouring that Paul sells in his shop?

If not does anyone know where I can get the American stuff from quickly and cheaply.
The other option is that will find a new recipe!

That’s artificial butter flavouring so it should be the same thing …. unless someone else knows different.
