Hi, I would like to cover a unicorn cake with fondant and I was wondering if it would be okay to decorate it with buttercream rosettes. I would be very grateful for any advice. Thanks Jean.

Yes it will be fine to decorate the butterbream over fondant. Keep the cake in a very cool room Pleasse refer to the teddy bear tutorial which usesed the same tehnique.
