how can i calculate how much buttercream i need for a 9″ round or any other size
thanks

for a 9″ use half a 1kg box of icing sugar and i block 250g of butter. I have managed to work it out as i have gone along, im sure there is a formula somewhere tho. I used to write down the various cakes sizes and how much i used- its now stuck on my cupboard door for a guide.
