Hi Margaret
Unfortunately there no such thing as a cake for diabetics. The only thing that a person with diabetes can do is eat normal treats in moderation My hubby, who is a chemist, has written a blog on this site, to explain how to go about baking for diabetics.
Please see the blog here: https://www.cakeflix.com/baking-cakes-for-diabetics
…… and Diabetic society website here:

To reduce sugar calories, you could use half spoon instead of regular sugar but that still would not make the cake any more diabetic friendly. Half spoon contains regular sugar and sugar substitutes which can have a laxitive effect if consumed in large quantities.
The product information can be seen here: https://www.silverspoon.co.uk/products/healthier-choices/low-calorie-sugars/half-spoon-granulated-sugar
There are recipes online which say they are diabetic friendly. However gathering some information on this condition first will enable you to make best baking choices.
Hope this helps.
