Cake Shelf Life – How long will a sponge cake last I accidently made a cake today (Saturday 17th) which is for next Saturday but to be eaten Sunday (24th). It’s normal sponge, jam and buttercream. It’s sealed in sugarpaste/fondant icing. Will it last or will I have to make again?
