I’m not quite clear whether it is the turntable to which you are referring or the actual cakestand.
The turntable, I understand is no longer available but they do sometimes appear on eBay and are quickly snatched up. However, please take a peek at David’s answer for name reference in the following link:
If it is the actual decorative display stand that you mean, these I think are sold at the Cake Decorating company.
