.Can I cook Mrs Browns 10 inch deep cake in recipe in one tin not 2 ? I am wondering how long I would need to cook it for and at what temperature in a fan oven…..Thanks again 🙂

Yes you can, I have done it. I kept the temperature the same, but put a baking tray on the shelf above and a flower nail in the tin.
instead of 50 mins it took about 1.20, but i started checking after 1.10 mins to be on the safe side, but i would only use my times as a guide as all our ovens work differently!!
