can i use choc ganache straight away?
I was just wondering if anyone knows if once i’ve made the ganache and allowed it to cool could i use it straight away or do i need to refrigerate it for a few hours? as need it asap not sure if i have time to let it refrigerate for a few hours and might need to use chocolate buttercream instead!

Yes you would use it straight away, although you can put it in the fridge, you would normally need to warm it up a little, so it spreads easily.
ok thanks ive made it but seems a bit runny even though its been in the fridge for 2 hours!!!
Ideally best to make day before and then short burst in the microwave for correct oncistency.
