Hi, does anyone have a good recipe for a caramel mud cake that would be good for carving.

This recipe http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/12743/caramel+mud+cake, looks promising. I’ve had a look at several recipes online and not all of them look quite right. I thought I had a Fiona Cairns caramel mud cake recipe, seems I must have been dreaming it! If I’m not, and I can find it, I will certainly post for you.

Just thought I,d tell you I melt sugar with water and choc also make sure your lining paper is well stuck or it has a tendancy to float don,t even think of using a Springform pan and it takes a lot longer to cook than the recipe says at least 1 hr
