caramel sauce layered cake
hiya im doing a rolo cake but wanted to make a chocolate sponge with caramel sauce layered through the cake then covered in ganache, is their a good recipe for the caramel sauce so it’s not to stiff with a nice softness when cutting the cake please xxx

This http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/sticky_toffee_apple_82973 is a Mary Berry recipe for caramel sauce, you can leave out the alcohol if you don’t want to use it. Hope this helps.
