Hi there

Could you let me know if the models – cartoon pigs, house & trees used on this cake could be made in advance and stored? Or would it all need to be made at the time of decorating the cake?

Hi Emma

Yes, they can all be made ahead and stored until you need them. Store them in a cardboard box which is well ventillated to enable the drying process.. Don’t place them in an airtight plastic container or tin because they will sweat and remain soft and droopy.
