The fish is made of modeling paste, is this gumpaste or fondant ? Different terms for me, you say to add tylose , I am confused! Thanks.

Rose is using modelling paste made with 450g of fondant and tylose powder. To make modelling paste/gumpaste/ you can either make your own from scratch or make it using 1 teaspoon of tylose powder to 250g of fondant. Other strengtheners are CMC powder or gum tragacanth. You’ll also hear the terms flower paste and petal paste. These are all similar mediums.
