Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A
Hi is it possible to buy ceri griffiths video on royal icing
Thank you
Hello kath12
Ceri’s videos are not offered as tutor downloads but he has loads of fabulous free videos on youtube where he teaches the basics of royal icing. If you like working with royal icing, another really fantastic tutor and queen of royal icing is Elaine MacGregor. Just google her name to see all the beautiful tutorials she offers on youtube. Check out also Eddie Spence, to me he is the king of royal icing! Enjoy! x
Thank you I’m disappointed because it’s really good .
Ceri does have his own school and he also has a video on Craftsy. In the greater scheme of learning these lesson are quite basic and intended as learning tasters. I don’t know how many more lessons he will be delivering on this site and I don’t know if it would be feasible for his lessons to be offered as guest tutor downloads. I’m sure Ceri does have video courses which can be purchased from his own site. There are so many free lessons now on youtube that learning has become very easy without having to commit financially to lessons. It would certainly be worth investing in lessons if you intend advancing your royal icing skills. x
EDIT
Thought you might enjoy all the lovely free stuff Ceri is giving away on his site. Fabulous!

Thank you x
Loved this class and all the detailed information. Thank you Paul, David and Ceri!
I have one question: Since 30 minutes is the maximum the RI should be kept in the piping bag, can I mix the remaining RI with the new one when loading up a new piping bag or should I throw it away?
