Please can anyone help.
I am making a chocolate cake and would like to use chocolate buttercream for the filling and I would like to cover the outside in ganach to give shapr edges.
Does anyone use buttercream and ganach in one cake?

I used to, but I find ganche in the middle too is so much better, use a milk ganche if worried about it being too rich/bitter
