Chocolate butter cream

Sounds like the buttercream didn’t emulsify properly as it may have been a little too warm. If there is any liquid floating around strain it off, pop the cream in the fridge to cool then beat again on high speed. Add some more cooled melted chocolate and beat until the mixture emulsifies.
