Thr guide time for creating the chocolate cottage is 5 hours approximately depending how quick you are. When pricing your cake you’ll have to decide how much hourly rate you want to pay yourself. Add that to the price of ingredients and any other costs and overheads. An hourly rate of £20.00 + is not excessive depending on your skill level. Hope this helps.
