chocolate flavour sugarpaste
I have been asked to do a wedding cake covered in chocolate icing as on the M&S website. Noticed a Renshaw belgian chocolate sugarpaste on line has anyone got any experience of this or could recommend any other chocolate icings that can be rolled out.

I’ve recently used the Renshaws chocolate fondant, it’s lovely but can be a bit soft when rolling out and stretchy when covering. Keep it to the thickness Paul uses in the tutorials and you should be fine with it. I tend to roll out quite thin so perhaps that’s why I encountered a few problems. You could also try making your own fondant icing, there are lots of tutorials in youtube and in google on how to make it.
