Can you tell me ratio for milk chocolate ganache please

For best setting, I tend to treat milk chocolate ratios the same as for white chocolate , which uses 3 x chocolate to1 x cream.

If you’re based in the U.K. or somewhere cool, you might find 2: 5 : 1 ratio works well too.
