Hi – I was wondering if you made a white chocolate wrap cake using dummies for a show, how long would it last? Does the cocoform discolour or mould? Thanks! x

Modelling chocolate keep for months so can’t see why it wouldn’t be ok for display. It may discolour slightly and shouldn’t be stored near direct heat or sunlight and should be kept cool during transportation. Basically you can display for as long as you think it is aesthetically pleasing. It would need dusting occasionally just like any other display cake. Hope this helps.
