All the ingredients can be bought at cake baking and decorating supplies stores or online. There is also a list of supplier in the free/beginners section under the heading ‘suppliers’. Paul’s moist chocolate cake recipe is there as well, but you can use a recipe of your own choice. The ganache recipe is also in the same section. Information for the lustre colours which Paul uses can be found by typing in the search box ‘Traditional Christmas cake’. Scroll down and you will find two answers which will give you the suppliers, and colours used. If you need more help please post again.
