Does anyone know what Gas setting you can use for Claire Bowman cake lace,
I brought some for a friend & she has a Gas oven, unfortunately the instructions are for electric
60-70 o/c what would you suggest on gas.

Hi, I use this, and have a gas oven. I turn it to the lowest it will go, put lace in oven for 10-15mins, then turn off the oven for a few more mins, leaving the mat inside the oven. Keep testing to see if it’s dry, then cool mat, and peel off.
