Would milk chocolate ganache show through ivory sugarpaste? Thank you

It shouldn’t do under ivory sugar paste, but if you have mixed tiers it may do next to a white tier. Sometimes it does cause a shadow under dark ganache. However, if you’re at all worried, the best thing to do is to give the milk chocolate layer a coating of white ganache. I’ve done that loads of times and it works very well. 🙂

PS make sure the milk chocolate is firm before attempting to cover with the white ganache. 🙂
