Does anyone know if you can colour icing sugar? This will be to dust chocolate truffles with so it needs to be powder. Many Thanks

Yes you can, but only in small amounts of icing sugar. Use the paint palette, sprinkle icing sugar,add powdered colour and mix dry with a paint brush until combined. You won’t get intense colours unless you add lots of powdered colour which will make the sugar bitter.

Need to say, make sure it is edible colours,as you know some powdered colours are not for consumption.
