Confusing chart please help xx

Hey just looking at this portions chart..

but slightly confused as it says ‘portions sponge 2″x1″ ‘
‘Portions fruit 1″x1″
Portions Sponge 2″x 1″ (same as above)
and Portions fruit 1″x1″ (same as above? ?

So both fruit and sponge in both sizes are the same but on the chart the amounts are different??
I hope that makes sense

Hello scatt1992

The portions are given for square and round cakes. The square cakes are in the first column with the higher yield and the round cakes are in the next column with the lesser yield. That is why the amounts are different.
