Hello, does anyone know of craft knives that I can buy for cutting silhouettes besides the scalpel?

It depends which medium you are cutting. Gumpaste and fondant cuts well with scalpels as an inexpensive solution. There are many other cutting tools and machines but not all necessarily can be used with food. However I’ve noticed some people are using Cricut and silhouette cutters in sugarcraft. To see these products just google them for applications and for prices. I don’t know whether these machines are FSA approved for use with food.
