Cream cheese butter cream
Please can you help with my problem when trying to make butter cream using cream cheese.
when I whisk the cream cheese it becomes milky and clots, do you know what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like you may be mixing the ingredients on a high speed. Are you using the whisk attachment? You’ll get better results using the paddle attachment and mixing the ingredients on a low speed until light and fluffy. ?
Ps make sure all the ingredients are the same temperature. Preferably cold so they mix without becoming greasy.
