There isn’t a link added at present for the small plastic blings. These can be easily purchased in the wedding section of any hobbycraft store, florists or florist wholesales and stockests of artificial flowers. Look also amongst wedding hair accessories.
If you’re based in the UK hobbycraft keep a wide range of wedding accessories. If you’d like to see the items online, google ‘acrylic wedding sprays’.

You’ll find plenty on ebay, if you want to try locally floristry suppliers and wedding accessory stores are good places. Good luck!
